Most of it is boring on purpose: automating the repetitive tasks that cost people hours, building custom tools that replace fragile spreadsheets, and fixing websites so they actually bring in revenue. And I build my own products to stay sharp - PromptSloth reached 7,000+ users and $3K in just 9 months on organic search alone, with no active marketing, and now runs on autopilot.
